• ARSHA DHARMA PARISHAD is a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, which is managing the affairs of Uttara Guruvayurappan Temple. This Society was formed in the year 1964 vide Registration No. S-2394 of 1963-64. Prior to its merger with Sree Krishna Mandir Samajam, Arsha Dharma Parishad had 100 members. Upon its merger with Sree Krishna Mandir Samajam, 149 members were inducted in the year 1983. Thereafter, 6 members were inducted in the year 1984, 5 members were inducted in the year 1985, 7 members were inducted in the year 1986, 10 members were inducted in the year 1987, 14 members were inducted in the year 1999, 4 members were inducted in the year 2000, 30 members were inducted in the year 2002-03 and 47 members were inducted in the year 2008. The effective membership of the Parishad now is 253 members; out of which there are 41 dormant members about whom the Parishad have no latest information/details.
  
  As per the Rules & Regulations of the Parishad, Annual General Body Meeting of the members is held every year when elections are held for the Executive Committee. 21 members are elected by the General Body and the elected Executive Committee co-opts another 10 members. Hence, the strength of the Executive Committee is 31 members. The Office Bearers include one President, 2 Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, and 3 Joint Secretaries.
